January 23rd Meeting

Happy Tuesday, fellow Toastmasters!  Not only did we have a full house of 25 members and 3 guests last night, we had a meeting full of meaningful speeches, dedicated helpers, and thoughtful evaluators.  The energy in the room was positive and full of humor... in other words, another fine example of a Preston Persuaders meeting!  Our Area Governor, Servando, paid us a welcome visit, as did guests Latasha and Allison!  By all accounts, next week Allison will join our club - how exciting!  Also, because our Treasurer, Raghu, will be traveling so much over the next few months, sadly, he had to step down.  The good news is Mike Wheeler graciously accepted the nomination to become our next Treasurer, so congratulations to Mike and welcome aboard!  Thank you, Raghu, for all your hard work!
