- Toastmaster of the month awarded to Jeff Whitfield for the month of July
- Two new members Ben W and Ron K voted in
Jeff Whitfield, the man behind the Preston Persuaders website and Past VP Public Relations was recognized for his outstanding contribution to the club. The growing membership of the club is largely due to the well designed and maintained website. He has worked tirelessly on constantly improving the website and the newsletter and for all this and much more he was recognized as Toastmaster of the month for July 2010. Way to Go Jeff! :)
Our two new members Benjamin W and Ronald K were voted in yesterday and so motivated and enthusiastic were they that they have signed up right away for the Club Contest next week! WooHoo!!! :) We are proud of you Ben and Ron!
