Each Toastmasters meeting has one person who is responsible for that days meeting. They are called the 'Toastmaster of the day', or simply 'The Toastmaster'. It is one of the more challenging roles, and our Past President Ed Meissner ACS, CL been kind enough to share a few words of advice...

Humorous Speech and the Table Topics contest on August 16th! This is a great opportunity to come up with some funny speeches which is a great way to work on gestures, stage movement and voice. The winners not only win prizes but also get a chance to represent our club at the Area level contests and above! Trust me, it is a very rewarding experience! :)
25th Anniversary was a Smashing Success!

A wonderful time was had by all. We had two exciting speeches, with two insightful evaluations. Some very entertaining table topics, followed by a spectacular awards ceremony, and lots of yummy food. Here is to another great 25 years of Preston Persuaders Toastmasters!
